1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JackParrot's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Agent subscriptions renew automatically per the billing cycle selected at checkout. One-time development costs, where applicable, are charged once per customer per agent and are non-recurring. You may cancel any active subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes a defined monthly or annual task limit. Exceeding this limit requires upgrading to a higher tier. JackParrot reserves the right to throttle or suspend usage that exceeds subscribed limits.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any agent for unlawful purposes, to circumvent usage limits, or to reverse-engineer the underlying agent logic.

5. Limitation of Liability

JackParrot provides agents "as is" and disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
